We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-focused CNC Programming Specialist to join our manufacturing team in KAZAKHSTAN. This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in Mastercam (version C and above), CNC machining technologies (3+2, 5-axis, milling, turning, drilling), and CAD/CAM systems such as SolidWorks, Inventor, or Fusion 360. You will be responsible for creating NC programs from 3D models or technical drawings, optimizing cutting parameters, and supporting tool setup, debugging, and machine testing. A solid understanding of G-codes, post-processors, and CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain) is essential.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on manufacturing experience, with the ability to read process sheets and technical drawings. Attention to detail, accountability, and strong collaboration with process engineers and operators are key to success in this role. Additional training in CAD/CAM systems is a plus.

Education:

·Secondary specialized or higher technical education (mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, automation/mechatronics).

·Additional training in CAD/CAM systems (especially Mastercam) is an advantage.

Skills and Knowledge:

·Proficient in Mastercam (version C and above).

·Knowledge of machining technologies: milling, turning, drilling, 3+2, 5-axis, pocketing, contouring, etc.

·Ability to read and create process sheets, technical drawings, and 3D models.

·Experience with G-codes and post-processors.

·Understanding of cutting parameters: feed rate, cutting speed, depth of cut, clearances, etc.

·Experience with CAD systems (SolidWorks, Inventor, Fusion 360 – preferred)).

·Experience working with CNC machine using Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, etc.

Work Experience:

·Minimum of 3 years in manufacturing (Preferably hands-on shop floor experience).

·Experience in writing NC programs from scratch based on 3D models or technical drawings.

·Tool setup, debugging, and machine testing experience.

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Engineer to join our engineering team in KAZAKHSTAN. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, and AutoCAD, who thrives on reengineering existing products and developing custom solutions through detailed design and manufacturing support.

As a CAD Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and assessing existing mechanical products and equipment, conducting design research, and developing customized upgrade models to meet evolving performance or operational requirements. Your work will directly impact on the modernization and enhancement of our product portfolio. This includes generating precise 2D and 3D CAD models, overseeing design validation, and preparing components for manufacturing via CNC and other fabrication methods.

Education:

·Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.

· Additional certification or training in CAD tools (SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD) is an asset.

Skills and Knowledge:

·Proficient in SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, and AutoCAD for 3D modeling and 2D drafting.

·Knowledge of engineering drawing standards (ASME Y14.5 / ISO), GD&T, and tolerance stack-ups.

· Experience designing for machinability, sheet metal, weldments, and plastic injection molding.

·Skilled in developing BOMs, managing revisions, and maintaining design archives.

·Understanding of DFM/DFA principles and design validation processes.

·Familiar with PLM systems (e.g., Windchill, Teamcenter, Autodesk Vault) and ERP handoff.

·Basic exposure to simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, SolidWorks Simulation) and FEA support.

·Comfortable with documentation tools such as MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Visio.

·Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or AS9100 standards is preferred.

Work Experience:

·2–5 years in mechanical or industrial design, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

·Proven experience in reverse engineering and re-designing mechanical parts or assemblies.

·Ability to create manufacturing-ready documentation, including detailed technical drawings and specs.

·Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and interfacing with suppliers or fabricators.

·Exposure to prototyping, CNC programming interfaces, and support for trial fitments.
