Key Responsibilities
As a Full-Stack Web Developer at PCMCI Quantum, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing a real-time web application with video streaming, overlays, and alerts.
- Building and optimizing back end APIs for video data processing, event logging, and alerts.
- Integrating and displaying AI inference outputs (person detection + firearm detection) on live video streams.
- Designing and implementing a reliable video pipeline for RTSP ingestion using tools like FFmpeg or OpenCV.
- Developing the front-end dashboard using React.js to render live video, bounding boxes, and event notifications.
- Handling real-time event management using Web-sockets for alert push notifications.
- Collaborating with AI engineers to integrate detection models with real-time video and event systems.
- Contributing to the deployment and containerization process (Docker + Docker Compose) for seamless MVP delivery.
Requirements
We are looking for a Male Candidate with:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in full-stack web development, preferably with React.js and Fast API.
- Strong experience with React.js (modern hooks, component architecture, state management).
- Back end experience with Python + Fast API and the ability to build REST APIs and Web Socket servers.
- Practical knowledge of video streaming (RTSP, MJPEG, WebRTC, FFmpeg, OpenCV) for live video feed processing.
- Web Socket integration for real-time event notification and alerting systems.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL or equivalent relational databases and ORM frameworks (SQLAlchemy or equivalent).
- Experience with Docker for containerization and deployment.
Bonus
It would be a bonus if you have:
- Experience with AI-powered video analysis or integrating object detection models (e.g., YOLO, SSD).
- Familiarity with deploying models to edge platforms (TensorRT, TFLite, ONNX).
- Basic DevOps experience (CI/CD, Nginx, server management).
- WebRTC production experience (for low-latency streaming).
